Led by Kimberly Fujitaki, Founder of Little Heroes Yoga: Kids’ Yoga for the Courageous

This 15-hour infancy through preschool kids’ yoga course will ignite your imagination and help you to uncover your most dynamic and heartfelt teaching abilities as you explore the courageous practice of kids’ yoga for this special age-group of our littlest yogis.  Ideal for parents, yoga teachers, preschool teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other yogis with young children in their lives with whom they would like to share the benefits of yoga.

During the course, we will go over Parent and Me practices that involve holding, partnering and practice with baby/toddler/preschooler as well as independent practices that involve yoga’s immense benefits, including stretching, breathing, strengthening, balancing, self-regulation for yogis of all shapes and sizes, etc. You will be given the tools you need to connect with children in their varying developmental stages, create playful and interesting yoga practices for even the littlest yogis, and develop a practice that honors where we are on the mat today!
