LHY Sharing Yoga with Babies Workshop

Join Little Heroes Yoga for this 4-hour workshop for sharing yoga with babies! During this workshop you will experience facilitating guided movements, engage in practical practice, learn bonding tips and community building, as well as practice playfulness through movement, breath and calming techniques to bring yoga, mindfulness and stillness to babies who are newborns through walkers and their caregivers. Sharing yoga with babies gives them a sense of security, helps caregivers bond to baby and facilitates peacefulness and relaxation.

You will take home lots of knowledge to use with the babies in your life immediately but 4 hours is too long for babies to participate so please have child care options if you are signing up for this workshop. If you need to breastfeed, another caregiver may bring your baby to the workshop for feedings and we will accommodate pumping. If you have other questions please email Kimberly@littleheroesyoga.com

Cancellation policy for LHY Workshops:
Cancellations of fully paid Little Heroes Yoga Workshops will be given, less the $45 processing fee, until April 14, 2019.
No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2019.
$30 fee applies to any check returned due to non-sufficient funds.
Absolutely NO refunds or credits will be issued within one week of workshop. We reserve the right to cancel the workshop at anytime due to low enrollment or experiences beyond our control and full reimbursement of the training will be given to the participant or the payment can be transferred to a future workshop or online workshop offering.
