Breath is fundamental to life.

Being in conscious connection to our breath is a wonderful skill to help us be our best selves.

I created Heroic Halloween 13 days of Halloween-inspired breathing practices to give imagination to the breath practice and take us to a place where breathing is fun and a fundamental opportunity for us to connect to the present moment.

These 13 breathing practices are ways for us to use our minds and bodies in fun ways to connect. Storytelling and breath awareness are important ways for children to connect to themselves in a focused and present way and through these offerings, we are capable of reminding ourselves that the breath is the way to calm, connect and create space for us to respond to life instead of reacting.
