Congratulation everyone we made it to another school year and we hope everyone had a wonderful summer and lots of time for rest and relaxation! As your children start to settle into their new routines and get back into the swing of things we hope everyone has a wonderful easy transition into the fall.
Each year we are grateful to be welcomed back into some really amazing schools and continue to build and develop amazing relationships with the students, parents and teachers in our community.
Little Heroes Yoga is also looking for wonderful preschools who would like to offer during school/ afterschool enrichment yoga for their students in the Pasadena and Los Angeles local area. If your child’s school is looking for new enrichment opportunities, we would love for you to connect us to the director or administration to bring yoga. mindfulness and meditation to new spaces.
